Rajiv Gandhi Assassins: Does India play double game with JK?

Abdullah's allegations came after the Tamil Nadu assembly had passed a resolution requesting President Pratibha Patil to show mercy on the killers.
Citing the CM's comparison between Afzal Guru and Rajiv Gandhi's assassins, many started asking - does India really play double game with Jammu Kashmir.
Continuing his tweet, Abdullah also mentioned, "Unfortunately I tend to agree with them, because we have divided our society so much, that it is unfortunate that everything is politicised and everything gets communalised. Politics and Communalism have become such an integral part of everything that I do feel that it is really sad that this is what our politician said, but ultimately that is what they have done."
The three assassins in Rajiv Gandhi murder case were to be hanged on Sep 9 earlier after President Pratibha Patil rejected their mercy plea.
