Art of Living members victims of corruption? Sri Sri on Anna

New Delhi, Aug 24: Art of Living fame Sri Sri Ravishankar on Wednesday, Aug 24 claimed that all people including members of Art of Living are victims of corruption. The spiritual leader's statement surfaced when Anna Hazare's fast entered the ninth day which roused a nation-wide concern for the deteriorating health of the 74-year-old crusader.

In an interview with CNN-IBN, Sri Sri said, "I appeal to politicians to bring out a solution as soon as possible, and I am sure something is on the way."

However, pointing at the pros and cons in the debatable Lokpal Bill, the spiritual guru also said, "Lokpal Bill is only medicine, but to prevent corruption, we need moral character, Lokpal does not answer everything."

Sri Sri also hoped that Anna will break his fast soon as the government has stooped towards some of his (Anna's) demands.

The government held an all party meeting at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's residence in the national capital on Wednesday to break the impasse between Team Anna and the government.
