Special Call Center on Anna's campaign flooded with calls

Mumbai, Aug 9: An organisation, India Against Corruption has set up a special Call Center on the campaign initiated by the Gandhian crusader Anna Hazare. Sources informed that the call center has received over 1,000 calls.

The same organisation arranged a special bike rally in Mumbai on Tuesday, Aug 9. Anna with his team rode on an open jeep and visited the dream city to spread awareness among the Mumbaikars.

Anna Hazare is expected to resume his fast-unto-death from Aug 16 in Delhi and the famous dabbawalas (tiffin carriers) in Mumbai have also decided to go on strike on the same day to support Anna.

Hazare decided to kick off his protest as the government tabled a "weak Lokpal Bill" in the Parliament. After holding a public meeting at Azad Maidan in Mumbai on Tuesday, Hazare is also expected to attend a mashaal rally - an oath taking ceremony to fight corruption.
