K'taka Lokayukta: Upset Yeddyurappa challenges Justice Hegde

The report that was leaked before it was made public reveals that the Chief Minister's family has links with mining firms. Once a trust run by BSY's family had received Rs 10 crore as donation from a mining firm in Shimoga.
The report also claims that the CM's son-in-law and son sold the area near Bangalore airport to a mining company for price 20 times the actual market price.
According to Hegde, these business deals were"collateral." Hegde also said that his report will be out in few days, though the report has already been made public, post its leak. Justice Hegde believes that his phone lines were tapped by "outside people" with "vested interests."
The CM who is currently holidaying in Mauritius with his family is expected to return on Monday, Jul 25.
Yeddyurappa, controversy's favorite child has always been fortunate enough to survive all attacks of corruption charges levied against him. It would be worth watching if the CM would escape this time easily.
