Believe it or Not: Nithyananda sexually a child, can't rape!

Bangalore, Jul 15: Believe it or not, Swami Nithyananda can't rape anybody because he has physical features of a child! And what's more, it was certified by a competent doctor.

According to a medical certificate submitted by a counsel for Nithyananda in High Court on Thursday, Jul 14, Nithyananda has physical (sexual) features of a child and he cannot commit rape. The counsel claimed that the certificate submitted in the court was certified by certified a doctor.

Meanwhile, self-styled godman Swami Nithyananda said that he was in confusion over two court orders. Earlier, High Court granted him time to visit Kailash Manasarovar and other countries with a direction to surrender his passport before July 31, but Ramanagaram court has fixed the deadline at July 21. Also the court warned him of cancelling his bail if he fails to return.

Also, the Crime Investigation Department (CID) has filed a petition before the High Court on Thursday, seeking the cancellation of bail to Nithyananda. CID accused Nithyananda of influencing the witnesses.
