Terrorism is impossible to stop all the time: Rahul Gandhi

"It is very difficult to stop all the terrorist activities," said Rahul, addressing a press conference at Bhubaneswar.
Rahul further added that the country stopped 99 percent of terror attacks giving credit to the improved intelligence and various measures taken by the government.
"Over the last couple of years we have taken profound steps. We have improved in leaps and bounds. But terrorism is impossible to stop all the time," said the Congress leader.
"We work towards defeating it, but it is very difficult to stop all the attacks. Even in US they are being attacked in Afghanistan," he added.
"We are responding to it in a quite organised fashion," said Gandhi after the blast took place on Wednesday.
The three back-to-back blasts that shook Mumbai on Jun 13 left at least 18 dead and 131 injured.
