ElectraCard ties up with IndusInd Bank

Through the association, ECS would cater the technology, processes and expertise to ensure a seamless integration and meet the bank's requirements, a company statement here said.
With this acquisition, IndusInd bank would have access to high quality customer base, it said.
"As technology partners, our focus will be to ensure a smooth migration and assist IndusInd Bank to deliver a credit card programme to enhance customer experience", ElectraCard Services CEO Ramesh Mengawade said.
IndusInd Bank recently forayed into the credit card business. About the association with ElectraCard, IndusInd Bank Chief Operating Officer Paul Abraham said, "as an organisation we are continuously moving up the value chain to ensure our customers'' needs are met in a comprehensive manner."
IndusInd Bank currently has 300 branches across the country. It also has two representative offices each in London and Dubai, the statement added.
