MP govt endorses transfer policy 2011-12 for its employees

A decision in this regard was taken at the State Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan last evening.
Disciplinary action will be taken as per rules against officers or employees who do not join the place of their new posting after getting relieved of their charge following the transfer by taking undue advantage of joining time.
The database of the transferred employee will be sent to the concerning treasury within seven days of his getting relieved of his charge.
As per the recommendation of Manthan-2009, provision has been made for maximum five-year posting of field staff of Home Department in one district during his entire service period.
In context of this recommendation, the Home Department has been given exemption in the new transfer policy from percentage fixed for the number of workforce of posts and cadres.
