TRS Chief to launch newspaper to spearhead Telangana cause

As yet another means to get his voice for Telangana across the state and beyond, the TRS chief plans to launch his own newspaper. Tentatively calling it 'Namaste Telangana,' the paper will feature the slug line 'Telangana Gunde Chappudu' (Telangana heartbeat). With plans to launch it initially in seven Telangana districts, the newspaper will later be circulated to rest of the 10 Telangana districts and other parts of the state .
With party men touted to become newspaper agents, Chandrasekhar Rao has instructed party workers to achieve a circulation figure of 3 to 3.5 lakh within the first six months. Terming it another move to connect to the masses and his attempts to strengthen his stand for a separate Telangana state.
Chandrasekhar Rao has apparently written letters to party workers on their role in publicizing the reach of the newspaper. He has also mentioned that it is the responsibility of every party loyalist to play an active role in the growth and circulation of 'Namaste Telangana'.
