K'taka by-polls: Congress asks partymen to expose BJP

There was a need to give a befitting reply to BJP in the bye-elections, AICC General Secretary Sanjay Nirupam, in-charge of Karnataka, told a preparatory meeting convened by the party here.
Congress General Secretary Madhusoodhan Mistry said the BJP was under an illusion that it could win election by using money power.
He said the party would appoint other office bearers to the state unit after the by-election.
