Sadhvi Pragya arrested in Sunil Joshi murder case
Pragya, an alleged member of right-wing Hindu group Abhinav Bharat, has already moved the Supreme Courtchallenging her prosecution under the Maharashtra Control ofOrganised Crime Act (MCOCA) in the Malegaon blast case.
The Bombay High Court had earlier reversed specialcourt''s order quashing application of MCOCA against her in theblast case, following which she filed appeal in the apexcourt.
Six people were killed and many were wounded in thebomb blast in the communally sensitive town of Malegaon, inNashik district, on September 29, 2008.
Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad has so far arrested 12persons in Malegaon case.
