Afzal, Kasab should be hanged together: Bitta
Jalandhar, Feb 21 (PTI)In the wake of Bombay HighCourt confirming the death sentence to 26/11 attacks convictAjmal Kasab, All India Anti Terrorist Front Chief M S Bittatoday said that Kasab, plotter of 2001 Parliament attack AfzalGuru and Devender Pal Singh Bhullar, a KLF militant, "shouldbe hanged together".
"It is not right for me to express pleasure overtoday''s verdict now as I will be pleased only when they areactually hanged," he said.
Despite the Supreme Court confirming death sentence toGuru, he is still alive because of vote bank politics, Bittasaid.
He demanded same fate for Devender Pal Singh Bhullar,a Khalistan Liberation Force militant who had allegedly triedto assassinate him.
He said "we will be sending a strong signal to theextremists who kill innocent people by hanging theseterrorists together." PTI CORR KAP
