Three sentenced to death
Lucknow, Feb 11 (PTI) A local court today awardeddeath sentence to three persons for killing five members of afamily in Hardoi district, police said here.
The Fast Track Court also imposed a fine of Rs 10thousand each on Umesh alias Kunha Shukla and his sons Satishand Saroj.
The case relates to the murder of Sriniwas, his wifeGangadevi and sons Mota, Chhota and Hariom in Atrauli area ofHardoi district on May 31, 2009.
After hearing both the sides, the judge awardedcapital punishment to the three accused, they said.
