IFFCO official hit by DTC bus, killed

New Delhi, Feb 11 (PTI) A 31-year-old senior officalof IFFCO was killed in East Delhi this morning when a DTCbus hit him while going to office, the police said.

The incident took place at Anand Vihar at around 9 amand the victim has been identified as Yatender Singh Tyagi whowas on his way to his office at Nehru Place. He is a contentmanager with IFFCO.

Tyagi, a resident of Indirapuram, used to change busat the ISBT Anand Vihar to go to Nehru Place.

"He got down from a bus outside the ISBT when the DTCbus hit him. He was rushed to Hedgewar Hospital where he wasdeclared brought dead,"a senior police official said.

Tyagi had married about a year ago and became a fathera fortnight ago.
