Haryana floats Rs 600 cr loan

Chandigarh, Feb 11 (PTI) The Haryana government hasnotified the sale of stock (Securities) of 10-year tenure foran aggregate amount of Rs 600 crore.

A notification to this effect has been issued by theFinance Department, Haryana, said a release.

As per the notification, the proceeds of the loan will beutilised for financing capital expenditure in connection withthe development programmes of the state government.

The government stock of up to 10 per cent of the notifiedamount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individualsand institutions.

This will be subject to a maximum limit of one per centof the notified amount for a single bid as per the RevisedScheme for non-competitive bidding facility in the auctions ofState Government Securities of the General Notification, itsaid.
