Giant potatoes found in Uttar Pradesh

Moradabad, Feb12 (ANI): Potatoes weighing up to two kilograms have been found in a village in Uttar Pradesh.

Normal potatoes weigh between fifty to four hundred grams.

Hemraj, the owner of the farmland in Rasulpur village in Moradabad district, said: "Every year we cultivate potatoes. Every year we get potatoes of different varieties. But we have never seen such a variety of potato."

Agronomists said the rare potatoes belong to the Kohkhral variety. (ANI)
