IDFC bond issue gets Rs 765 cr in second tranche
Mumbai, Feb 11 (PTI) Infrastructure Development FinanceCompany Ltd (IDFC) today said it has collected approximately3.88 lakh investor applications for an approximate amount ofRs 765-crore in the second tranche of its long-terminfrastructure bonds.
The collection by IDFC through the two tranches of retailbond issue aggregates approximately Rs 1,236-crore fromapproximately 6.29 lakh applicants, a company statement saidhere.
IDFC issued secured, redeemable, non-convertibledebentures having benefits under section 80 CCF of the IncomeTax Act.
The lead managers to the issue were Kotak MahindraCapital Company Limited, Enam Securities Private Limited, HDFCBank Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM FinancialConsultants Private Limited and IDFC Capital Limited. IDBITrusteeship Services Limited was the debenture trustee.
