Three of marriage party die, seven injured in road accident

Rourkela, Feb 10 ( PTI) Three members of a marriageparty died and seven others were injured, four of themseriously, as the jeep carrying them collided with a trucknear Bijakuli on the National highway-23 under Bonai policestation, about 80 km from here, police said today.

The deceased were identified as Pradeep Pradhan (28) andKuna Kishan (22) of Badagaon village and Eswar Pradhan (23) ofBalada village, the sources said.

The injured were admitted to Rourkela GovernmentHospital (RGH) and four critically injured were subsequentlyshifted to Ispat General Hospital (IGH) here.

The victims were accompanying a marriage party in a jeepfrom Balam village to Padampur village in Sundargarh district.
