President Pratibha Patil to visit Nagpur

Nagpur, Feb 3 (PTI) President Pratibha Patil will arrivein the city for a three-day visit from February 5-7, officialsources said today.

Patil will arrive here on February 5 at 9.30 pm in an IAFplane and will head directly to the Raj Bhawan for rest, theysaid.

On February 6, she will attend the platinum jubileefunction of the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) here in themorning and will also inaugurate the centenary celebrations ofEnglish daily ''The Hitavada'' later in the day.

The President will also pay a visit to the freedomfighter Shahid Shankar Mahalle memorial on February 7 morningand will then head back to the capital.
