J&K, POK trade Goods worth over Rs 5 cr along LoC in Poonch
Poonch(J&K), Feb 2 (PTI) Goods worth over Rs 5 crore werewere traded between Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan-OccupiedKashmir (PoK) along Line of Control (LoC) at Chakan-Da-BaghCrossing point in Poonch district today, officials said.
As many as 25 trucks rolled out from TradeFacilitation Centre (TFC) at Ranger in Poonch district of J&Kto POK today, they said adding these trucks carried bags ofcoconut and embroidery items worth Rs 1,72,34,567.
From POK, as many as 25 trucks carrying bags ofAlmond, dates, Pista, dry grapes and embroidery itemscrossed to this side and these were worth Rs 3,28,57,687.
The officials from both the side monitored thetransportation of these goods at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing pointtwice during the day from 1200 hrs to 1230 hrs and 1645 hrs to1715 hrs respectively, they said.
