Israeli drug dealer gets bail
Panaji, Feb 3 (PTI) Israeli drug dealer David Drihamalias Dudu was granted bail by the special Narcotic Drugs andPsychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court here today.
Court has however restricted Dudu from leaving thecountry, and asked him to give a personal bond of Rs one lakhwith two sureties of the like amount.
The court has also asked him not to interfere with theinvestigation and appear before the investigating authoritiesas and when required.
Police have already chargesheeted Dudu for possessingdrugs at his residence in Anjuna, a beach village, on February21, 2010.
After Dudu''s arrest in drugs case, the police officer-- sub inspector Sunil Guddler -- who arrested him, washimself caught in a sting operation.
Dudu�s sister Ayala Driham and his girlfriend Zarina hadcaught Guddler on spy camera, selling drugs.
