Sonia on two-day visit to Raebareli from Feb 4

Lucknow, Feb 2 (PTI) Congress President Sonia Gandhi willbe on a two-day visit to her constituency -- Raebareli -- fromFebruary 4 during which she will inaugurate a slew ofdevelopmental projects.

"On the first day, Gandhi will inaugurate an auditoriumconstructed with Central funds granted for backward region inLalganj and a dharamshala (guest house) in Dalmau," UPCongress'' media department chief Akhilesh Pratap Singh said.

She will also inaugurate a sports stadium at JawaharNavodaya Vidyalaya in Amawa block, he said.

On the concluding day, Sonia will meet locals and partyoffice bearers to take stock of the ground situation of thedevelopment schemes in the area, Singh said.

She will also inaugurate a health mela at governmentinter-college ground in Raebareli and participate in aPanchyatraj conference in Mahabir Institute of Technology andManagement in Kathwara before leaving for Delhi, he said. PTIABN PG
