Gehlot calls for industry inputs in single window system

Jaipur, Jan 31 (PTI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlottoday asked stakeholders in trade and industries to playactive role in effectively executing the recently implemented''Single Window system''.

Chairing a meeting for the preparation of the Budget2011-12 here, he said that the trade organisations shouldsuggest ways to attract more investments in the state.

"Trade and industry organisations should conduct a studyof the Single Window system and after its analysis, shouldsuggest ways that how industrial growth in the state can beaccelerated," Gehlot said.

"Our effort is to facilitate the investors, hence theSingle Window system was implemented and we are the firststate to do so. Several renowned companies have invested inthe state and several NRIs are also interested for investmentin Rajasthan," he said.
