RIL Q3 net up 28.14 pc to Rs 5,136 cr
Mumbai, Jan 21 (PTI) Market leader Reliance IndustriesLtd (RIL) today announced a 28.14 per cent growth in its netprofit at Rs 5,136 crore for the third quarter of the currentfinancial year.
The Mukesh Ambani-led company had a net profit of Rs4,008 crore in the same period last year.
The net turnover of the company increased to Rs 59,789crore from Rs 56,856 crore in the corresponding quarter of theyear-ago period, RIL said in a filing to the Bombay StockExchange.
RIL Shares today ended the day with a gain of 1.73 percent at Rs 986.50 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
