Chargesheet filed against govt employee on duping charges
Srinagar, Jan 19 (PTI) Jammu and Kashmir Crime Branchtoday filed a chargesheet against a government employee whohad allegedly duped a person on the pretext of providinggovernment jobs to his relatives, police said.
The chargesheet against Agriculture Department employeeAbdul Majeed Dar was filed in a special court here forallegedly duping Abdul Rashid Mangloo of Rs 1.40 lakh with apromise to secure jobs for his son and nephew in thedepartment, he said.
Such fraudulent incidents have increased over theyears, a police spokesman said, adding that in some such caseseven fake appointment orders have been provided to somegullible people.
