Three killed in separate road mishaps

Nagpur, Jan 15 (PTI) Three persons were killed in separateroad mishaps here, police said today.

The accidents took place yesterday when a middle aged womanShobhatai Kalamkar (50), proceeding with her son on a motorcycle was hit by tractor from the rear, they said.

The woman was crushed under the wheels of the tractor andwas rushed to Mayo Hospital where she succumbed to herinjuries.

In another incident, a 23-year-old youth Naseem KhanKalu Khan of Kamptee dashed against a stationary truck on thebusy inter section in Pratap Nagar and died on the spot,police said.

Two brothers, Nandkishore Shivprasad Pal and Ved PrakashPal were proceeding on motorcycle when an unknown vehicle hittheir bike at Tukdoji Square in South city colony.

Nandkishore suffered serious injuries and died later.

Police have registered cases in all the three fatal mishaps.
