Meanwhile, the company today reported a 12 per cent dip in consolidated net profit at Rs 15.51 crore for the thirdquarter (October-December) of the current fiscal as against Rs17.63 crore in the year-ago period.
The plunge in profit was due to higher tax outgo andminority interests, Godrej said.
Income from operations, however, went up to Rs 48.17crore from Rs 34.61 crore in the October-December quarter of2009-10.
Godrej Properties had earned Rs 14.97 crore during thequarter by off-loading some stake in two of its projects toIndia Realty Excellence Fund and HDFC Portfolio ManagementServices.
