Respite from cold in Rajasthan
Jaipur, Jan 13 (PTI) After days of spine chillingcold, rising mercury brought relief to the people of Rajasthanwith Mount Abu recording a minimum temperature of 4 degreesCelsius.
Sriganganagar, which was the coldest place yesterday at1.5 degrees Celsius, settled at 4.4 degrees Celsius.
Churu and Dabok recorded their respective lows at 6.4 degC and 7.4 deg C, the MeT department said today.
Pilani recorded a low of 8.4 deg C followed by Jaipur at9 deg C. Sikar had a minimum temperature of 10.5 degreesCelsius.
Barmer was the warmest district with 13.4 degreesCelsius.
Kota recorded a minimum temperature of 11.1 deg Cfollowed by Ajmer at 11.6 deg C. Jaisalmer recorded a low of12 degrees Celsius.
Weathermen has forecast partly cloudy sky today.
