India hounding Pak for 26/11 voice samples

Mumbai. Dec 24: India planned to send a panel to Islamabad to question top Lashkar-e-Taiba master minds behind 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and get the voice samples of the suspects in Pakistan. The Pakistans slow proceedings in 26/11 investigation has forced India to make this proposal.

“India has communicated to Pakistan regarding the idea to send such a panel to Islamabad," govt sources said.

Sources said, India wants to question Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and six other suspects who were accused under Pakistan-anti terrorism laws in Nov 2009.

During Home Minister P Chidambaram's visit to Islamabad in Jun, 2009, he thought to get the voice samples of all the Mumbai terror attack suspects in Pakistan.
