New Delhi, Dec 22: Ex Telecom Minister and key accused in the 2G spectrum controversy A Raja has arrived in Delhi and will appear before the CBI in the next two days. The CBI on Dec 20 had summoned Raja for questioning but he avoided that meeting on health grounds.

This comes soon after Niira Radia was questioned by the CBI at her farmhouse yesterday, Dec 21.
A massive campaign was launched by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Karunanidhi and DMK supporters speaking for the tainted minister. The opposition AIADMK is making an all-out effort to cash in on the spectrum controversy before the upcoming state assembly elections.

BJP personnel in the centre is sparing no effort to intensify the need for a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe. The PM had commented earlier that he had "nothing to hide" and was willing to go under the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) scanner. The PAC is headed by BJP's Murli Manohar Joshi and will come to a conclusion following a report of the government's auditor on the 2G scam.

Former BJP President, LK Advani, commented during the NDA's Anti-Corruption rally, "The PM should face the JPC probe or quit."
