Maharashtra map
Mumbai, Oct 19: Once again rash driving killed a young soul and this time it happened in Mumbai, where an under-19 cricketer, Rohan Manjrekar lost his life on Oct 18.

Rohan, the nephew of filmmaker, Mahesh Manjrekar, was speeding and lost control when he saw a bus coming from the opposite direction and his bike collided with a taxi.

Rulling out any alcohol or drugs consumption case, police informed, "It was a clear case of over-speeding and rash driving."

A first year student of Ramnarain Ruia College, Rohan was taken to Sion hospital but was declared dead on admission.
