Media organisations exploiting educated youths: V Ravi

Kochi, Sep.8 (ANI): Union Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi said on Wednesday several media organisations are exploiting educated youths through the contract system by paying low wages.

Ravi, while inaugurating the joint convention of Kerala Union of Working Journalists and Kerala Newspaper Employees Federation, suggested the need to legally remove the shortcomings in he contract system.

He said steps would be taken to implement the recommendations of the Wage Board headed by Justice G R Majithia, once it is received by the Union Government. (ANI)
