Protests continue in Srinagar

Srinagar, Aug 30 (ANI): The locals protested here on Monday after a youth was injured in the firing by security forces.

Scores of residents, including women, came out on streets and started protesting the police action soon after the news spread in the area.

The police had to fire teargas shells to quell the protesters.At least 15 people have been killed in the clashes between protesters and security forces since June 11. (ANI)
