Mumbai: Boyfriend stabs girl to death
Adil Shaikh had an affair with 19-year-old Darshana Panchal for the last one year. They were both students of KG Mittal College.
According to police officials, when the family learnt about Darshana's affair with Shaikh, they persuaded her to break up with him.
When Darshana told Shaikh of the parental pressure, he got upset. Then after college, he took her to a mall and stabbed her 12 times.
The police arrested Shaikh and case has been registered under section 302. He will appear in the court on Friday, Aug 27, said ACP Ramchandra Ahire.
