Satyam founder Raju appears in Andhra High Court

Hyderabad, Aug 26: Satyam scam accused Ramalinga Raju appeared at local court accompanied by a doctor in Hyderabad on Thursday, Aug 26.

He made his second appearance after being granted bail by Andhra High Court on health grounds having diagnosed with hepatitis-C.

Speaking exclusively to CNN-IBN, Ramalinga Raju informed that he is fine now.

"I m fine now , procedure unduly extended. I'm recovering now. Bail is a good relief," said Raju.

Raju has been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including Section 120B for criminal conspiracy, under Section 409 for breach of trust, under Section 420 for cheating, and under Section 468 and Section 471 for forgery.

Raju and his brother Rama Raju, including top company officials were arrested by the Andhra police on Jan 9, 2010 after they were caught in the financial fraud of Rs 14,000 crore.
