Meet the super luxury mobile @ Rs 4.2 crore

New York, Aug 16: How much do you spend for a mobile phone? One lakh, 50 lakh or even 1 crore? If you won't spend more than that, then this is not your cup of tea. Just read about the ultimate luxury phone.

Gresso launched the latest super luxury mobile phone, Luxor Las Vegas Jackpot, which costs just over a million dollars (Rs 4.6 crores). The latest ones are considered as one of the most expensive ones ever made.

Luxor Las Vegas Jackpot is a combination of magnificent black diamonds and 18-karat gold. The phone case is made of pure gold, 180 g by weight, and encrusted with 45,5 K black diamonds so rarely occurring in nature.

It's keypad consists of 17 manually polished and laser etched sapphires weighing 32 K. Back panel of the phone is produced from 200-year-old African Blackwood.

Gresso also announced luxury mobile phones for those who can't afford the Las Vegas Jackpot. The cheaper alternative, Gresso Luxor Las Vegas, which is made of solid gold and some 200-year old African Blackwood, it gets rid of all the diamonds and brings the price down to just $20,000.

The Luxor Las Vegas Collection is expected on sale in Aug, 2010.
