2-story building collapses in Gujarat, 8 killed

Rajkot, Aug 9: A massive accident occurred in Gujarat as a tow-story building collapsed in Junagadh district on Monday, Aug 9.

According the sources, eight persons, who were sleeping inside the building, were killed being buried under the debris.

"Eight bodies have been taken out,"said Junagadh Superintendent Police Trivedi.

He also informed that rescue operation is still on the process to save a woman, who is trapped under the debris.

The building, at Prabash Patan town in Junagadh, collapsed at 4:30 am on Aug 9.

Police had given the list of the deceased and they were Chandrikaben Devu, Dipa Kishanchand, Jasbir Kishanchand, Kanchan Sajanlal, Dipa Sajanlal, Sajan Devumal, Dinesh Kishanchand, Veshali Sajan.
