RTI activist murder: Accused BJP MP escapes
New Delhi, Jul 22: BJP MP Dinu Bogha Solanki, who was accused for the murder of RTI activist Amit Jethwa, had gone missing.
Amit's family along with Congress had openly alleged the BJP MP on Wednesday, Jul 21.
Jethwa was shot dead by 2 unidentified gunmen in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, Jul 20.
According to CNN-IBN, Jethwa had recently filed a Public Interest Litigation against Public Interest Litigation in Gir sanctuary and had hinted at Solanki's involvement in it.
Congress MLA Dhir Singh Barad said to the channel, "I received a call from my lawyer saying that Amit Jethwa has been murdered by firing bullets. He asked me my opinion and that very moment I had told that Dinu Bogha was involved in the murder."
Amit's father had vowed to bring his son's killers to justice.
