Bombay HC refuses to hear Pacheco's bail plea
Panaji, Jul 16: Justice Nelson Britto of the Goa bench of the Bombay High Court refused to hear the bail petition filed by Fransisco Pacheco, former Goa Tourism Minister.
Fransisco Pacheco was arrested on Thursday,Jul 8 in connection with the death of his close friend Nadia Torrado, who died on May 30 by consuming rat poison.
Pacheco"s lawyer Amit Palekar said that they will write to Chief Justice of Bombay High court seeking a bench to hear the bail plea.
Pacheco will be produced before a local court for extension of his remand which ends Friday, Jul 16.
