BJP deploys leaders to states to lead bandh
New Delhi, Jun 4: BJP decided to send its senior leaders to various state capitals to lead the protest marches in order to ensure the nation-wide hartal against fuel price hike, a big success.
Nitin Gadkari, Party President and Rajnath Singh will supervise the protests in New Delhi.
Sushma Swaraj, the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha will lead the protests in Bhopal where as in Lucknow, the protests will be administered by Arun Jaitley, the Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, BJP Vice-President.
Mr Naqvi informed that Venkaiah Naidu will be in Hyderabad, Anant Kumar in Bangalore, Gopinath Munde in Mumbai and Vasundhara Raje in Jaipur.
Naqvi also said that party leaders deputed to different states will ensure the success of the nation-wide bandh as a protest against the fuel price hike and the 'arrogant' attitude of Central government.
