CRPF jawans brutally killed by Naxals

Raipur, Jul 1: The post-mortem reports of the 27 CRPF personnels who were killed in the Maoist attack revealed the inhumanity of Naxals. The preliminary autopsy reports said that the Naxals slit open throats and smashed the skulls of some among the CRPF personnel.

The security people were brutally killed by the Naxals. Around three or four bullets were found on all the bodies.

A top police official informed a news agency that the Maoists gunned down the CRPF personnel from a distance and later, they slit open the throats of three and smashed heads of other two jawans.

The bodies of jawans were airlifted from the thick forests of Dhaurai to Dr BR Ambedkar hospital in Raipur for conducting post-mortem.

Jawans were attacked by the Naxals while they were coming back from a road-opening party in Narayanpur district of Chattisgarh, on Tuesday, Jun 29.
