Nalini shifted from Vellore to Puzhal jail

Chennai, Jun 28: Rajiv Gandhi assassin, Nalini Sriharan was on Monday, Jun 28 moved out of Vellore prison and shifted to Puzhal jail near Chennai.

The convict, who is serving life term, had alleged that she was being harassed by Vellore prison authorities.

Arguing her case, Nalini's lawyer P Pugalenthi had said that she was being keep in isolation and that the prison authorities did not allow her to communicate with the outside world in violation of norms laid down in the prison manual.
