HCL enters partnership with Callatay & Wouters

London, Jun 10: IT leader, HCL Technologies has entered into a strategic partnership with Callatay & Wouters (C&W), a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and services to retail, private, and direct banks.

The partnership will be focused on delivering C&W"s proven multi-channel core banking solution Thaler, on SAP and z/OS, to retail banks globally, HCL said in a statement on Thursday, Jun 10.

The alliance between the two companies will provide a centralized, enterprise-level repository for customer information, leading to the betterment of customer service, compliance and operational efficiency, as well as scalability to support business growth.

While Callatay & Woulters hopes to build on its banking sector with HCL's experience in the financial services space, HCL hopes that the alliance with C&W will add depth to its capabilities
