Two army personnel killed in Kashmir encounter

Srinagar, May 5 (ANI): At least two army personnel, including an officer, were killed in an encounter with militants in the Bandipora District of Jammu and Kashmir Wednesday early hours.

According to sources,the gunfight broke out in Chattibandi area in the district.

Chattibandi is over 60 kilometres from Srinagar.

Army said the encounter took place during a search operation.

The operation was still continuing when last report came in.
