Prime Minister calls on President

New Delhi, Apr 9(ANI): The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, on Friday called on President Pratibha Devisingh Patil at the Rashtrapati Bhavan to discuss issues likely to come up in the upcoming session of Parliament.

In the meeting, which lasted about an hour, the two leaders also discussed Dr. Singh's visit to Washington for the Nuclear Security Summit, and to Brazil for the India, Brazil and South Africa Dialogue Forum (IBSA) and Brazil, Russia, India And China (BRIC) summits.

They also discussed the price rise, internal security, Indo-Pak issues and other matters of national and international importance. (ANI)
