Anti-Sikh riots: Sajjan Kumar granted bail
New Delhi, Mar 10: Congress leader, Sajjan kumar, accused in the anti-Sikh riots case, has been granted bail by the Delhi Court on Wednesday, Mar.
Kumar who appeared Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Lokesh Kumar Sharma was given bail after he provided a personal bond and surety of Rs 50,000 each.
Along with Kumar, the other seven accused, who also appeared before the Court, were granted bail.
Kumar, who was slapped with a non-bailable warrant (NBW), had already been granted an anticipatory bail by the Delhi High Court on February 26.
The Court has scheduled the futher proceedings of the case on Mar 30.
