Sonia Gandhi celebrates Holi with school children

New Delhi, Mar 1 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi celebrated 'Holi' on Monday with the school children, who had come to her residence to greet her on the ocassion.onia Gandhi distributed sweets to the children and also greeted them by putting colours on their foreheads.

Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on the other hand said that it has been a great start to the festival of Holi as the hockey team thrashed Pakistan 4-1 in the match, which was played between the two sides on Sunday.

"A very happy Holi to all, Holi has begun well as we have won a match against Pakistan 4-1, I hope in the coming future as well, the country progresses in the same manner," she said'

Holi is being celebrated throughout the nation today with gaiety and fervour. (ANI)
