India being one of the fastest mobile growing country could have used mobile internet to a great extent as wired internet hasn't taken off in India.
During Dec 2009, 19 million mobile subscriptions were added in India, taking the total wireless subscription to 525.15 million.
The continuous delay will have some adverse impact on the government's finances and the fiscal deficit.
