Former Speaker Somnath Chatterjee hospitalized
Kolkata, Jan 24: Former Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee has been hospitalized at AMRI Hospital after he complained of breathing problem.
Speaking to reporters, Dr Suman Ghosh said, "He was admitted with chest problem last night, Jan 24, but his condition is stable."
The 80-year-old veteran leader was admitted after he complained of breathing trouble and exhaustion, family sources said.
Chatterjee has, however, been kept under observation, the doctor said.
