Ex-Security Advisor Narayanan blames China of hacking Govt. of India website
New Delhi, Jan.18 (ANI): Former Indian Security Advisor M.K.Narayanan on Monday blamed China of hacking into Indian government department and his office.
China tried to hack into Indian computers. Govt. department and my office were targeted, private channels reported Narayanan to have stated. t was not the first instance of such an attempt, Narayanan was further reported to have stated.
arayanan said his office and other government departments were targeted Dec 15, the same date that US defence, finance and technology companies, including Google, reported cyber attacks from China.
"People seem to be fairly sure it was the Chinese. It is difficult to find the exact source but this is the main suspicion," Narayanan stated in an interview to a British newspaper. (ANI)
